Independent Drum Lab wants you to be overjoyed with your purchases, but understands sometimes it doesn’t work out. Our return policy is outlined below, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
INDe Parts & Hardware: Please contact us first if you are having installation or application problems! Most of the time, we can talk you through a solution. Otherwise, we are always happy to take back products in unused condition. If your product fails to live up to our promises, we will issue a full refund back to your method of payment, and try to figure out how to do it better next time! If you ordered the wrong product, or changed your mind, we will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
INDe Drums: Please contact us first if you are having any problems with your drums! Most of the time, we can work out a solution. Otherwise, we are always happy to take back non-custom ordered products in unused condition. If your product fails to live up to our promises, we will issue a full refund back to your method of payment, and try to figure out how to do it better next time! If your ordered the wrong product, or changed your mind, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. On custom-made drums or parts, we may need to issue a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Turkish Cymbals: The remaining cymbals in stock are closeouts, and are not returnable
